Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Phreloxia ("we," "us," or "our") processes refund requests for our online masterclass services. By purchasing any course or subscription from phreloxia.com, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

General Refund Eligibility

We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and maintaining customer satisfaction. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the criteria outlined below.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • Technical issues prevented access to course materials, and our support team was unable to resolve the problem
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase
  • The course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • You have accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • You have downloaded course materials or certificates
  • You purchased the course during a promotional period or at a discounted rate
  • You changed your mind after accessing significant portions of the content
  • You violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. Once canceled, you will retain access to subscription content until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • You have not accessed more than 10% of available content
  • Technical issues prevented reasonable use of the service

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, with access continuing until the subscription period ends.

Course Bundles and Package Deals

Refunds for course bundles or package deals are subject to the same eligibility criteria as individual courses. The 20% content access limitation applies to the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for specific courses within a bundle are not available.

Processing Time

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

Medical or Emergency Situations

Dissatisfaction with Content

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

Non-Monetary Remedies

Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to all associated course materials, resources, certificates, and community features will be immediately terminated. You will not retain any downloaded materials, and continued use of such materials may constitute copyright infringement.
